Sleep Over & The Gold Coast Show
Little Riley No (2) Grandson arrived on Thursday afternoon............

pulling his overnight bag ...might I add its almost as big as Riley............ Grannie (me) & Riley off to the show .............After a 3 kilometre line of traffic trying to just enter the show parking area...we made it .....
As we enter the gates and walk up to side show alley..............I will never forget the look on this little fellows face..............He didn't know where to look ....and his face was shinning like the sun..............
I have posted pictures of Quilts that were on display and from the Salvation Army ...our Lizzie did well...

It amazes me with Lizzie's designs well done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After a long day.....arriving home Riley had a bath and Tea and then Said good night Grannie

!!!!!!!Finally Farm Quilt Completed!!!!!!!
I thought that I was never completing this Quilt.......................
From the first time I seen the Fabric sitting on the shelf in a Teddy Bear Shop in Mudgerabah................. I just fell in love with the Crisp Greens and Pinks...............
I am into Crazy Patch at the moment ..headed home and started slicing and stitching
Last weekend..... off to the farm with my finished quilt. all excited......... Saturday Morning while waiting for my guest to arise....decided to make the bed up...........I stood back and thought

I don't like this .......................so I have spoken to a few friends..... and because I have a Quilted White Fitted Valance........maybe it needs a Pink Valance .............................one minute you are on a high with your achievements and then the next.................well you know what I am thinking ......................My motto is don't give up.......................Rethink....................Also in the middle of doing matching Pillow Shams .......................................

today we headed off to Murwillumbah Northern NSW lovely town on the Tweed River
driving down the highway enjoying the sunshine
passing on our left Melaleuca Station which was a great Tourist attraction a few years ago

we sat in the sun
