Street parade started 9.30
then my camera was clicking out of control
The Medieval Group
costumes great …………
Later in the park a demonstration was given
by two little medieval mites…
I think they had real swords…
All the wonderful
Vintage Cars
And Soldiers
The sun was so warm after the last few cold mornings …..
When the parade return to the park
So many food stalls …
Church groups
ladies
must have baked all night …
we should not forget all the preparation that goes into making a successful day ….
And the entertainment
large stage most enjoyable
all sorts
… Singing….
Bush Poets ….
The Tent display
was very interesting
people taking part in the day……..
Slept in the park night before
Very interesting ….
If it was me I would be thinking about Mr Snake…….. as I think maybe one roaming around….
Cooking demonstrations…..Viking Memorabilia for sale
So much to mention

i love days like this Jeni..always such fun with loads to look at...glad to hear it's warming up...Dzintra
What a fun event! One of my sisters does this medieval reenactment. (Society for Creative Anachronism is what it's officially called.) She has learned (and taught) some of the neatest old crafts and methods of cooking, etc.
Looks like a fun day, the weather is improving but you look to have nice sunny weather already.
What a awesome day out! We'll come along for sure next year :)
