it was a very exciting 3 1/2 hours .............

We had 11 in the Class....
and were split into 3 groups ..........2 lots of 4............ and .....1 lot of 3....

Wok-Tossed Salmon with Chillies & Thai Basil From Laos
Chilli Sambal oelek
Coconut rice
Mussels Steamed in Fragrant Coconut Cream
Duck Rolls
I must say I did enjoyed ever minute & slept well all night
