At our weekly
Get together
at the Salvo’s
Sewing group
Lizzie a fellow sewer

Is going on a new
Journey
She and husband Peter have sold
And now on the move to a country town near Melbourne
As you can see she is a beautiful Quilter
By the quilt below…… she made for her mum
You will be miss heaps my friend

A wedding in Thailand
It all started with a phone call
Mum would you like to come over and look after the children
(Ed & Elia)
As we have a wedding to attend …
Great always looking forward to seeing the little ones
Natalie came with me ...
Natalie & I thought
wow drop kids to school .... then hit the shops…..and shop until we drop…also it was Kylie's 35th Birthday
the day we were coming back home …So a little party table and dinner would be waiting as a surprise
……
Well this is how it went
1st day..... kids all great
2nd day..... Elia had a birthday party
3rd day....... kids o.k.
4th day........ All o.k.
5th day...... Elia… virus pretty bad
6th day...... Elia still not well
Grannie getting about 3 hours a sleep a night
Not a pretty sight …..
7th Day ............Elia still not well
8th day................ Took Elia to after hours medical centre
Had to go back during open hours for prescription
Chemist Metho dome clinic
Grannie getting a education
I was a little frighten
9th day............. a lot better
10th day.............we organised Kylie's surprise
Party table with help from Ed & Elia
They were very excited
And fly back home
I have slept and slept so well
But you know
I was so worried for Elia
And I miss those little
Mites
And Guess what
Just one day shopping so
We came home with money….
that’s a first

No good for Gardening or Mowing

I Completed my Runner
Also 4 Matching Place mats ….
Just need binding and then a little hand Stitching…

Will get back to them next week…..
Very pleased with myself...
hatch Quilting on the runner its finish...
The colours are very Old World Christmas which I love
And the trim completes the Antique look

How lucky the weather just perfect …
The awful heavy rain .& flash flooding stayed away ….
When the visitors arrive the sun was shinning…
But Very…humid…
Lucky for Air- Con …..Beautiful food ….John Williams singing in the background ………….. Dominos and Pick --up--- Sticks.. with Riley…
Then it was time late afternoon to say
Bye
Clean up ..Then Work tomorrow…………
